Biochar and Syngas Production Process Overview
Converting biomass into valuable biochar and syngas through advanced pyrolysis and gasification processes
Project Overview – Biochar
Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India
Process: Biochar + Syngas Production
Estimated COD: 2027
Site : Land secured in Kakinada Seaport
(A leading all-weather, deep-water seaport used for off-shore sector)

Projects Overview
Sustainable Biochar & Syngas Production through Biomass Conversion
Biomass is collected and transported to port locations, where it is dried to reduce moisture content and improve handling. The material is then converted in a gasification plant, producing syngas for internal energy use and biochar as a solid carbon-rich output, which can be utilized for soil improvement and long term carbon storage.
